RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (OptiXHealth)

1. Overview

We want you to be confident in every purchase from OptiXHealth. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

3. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns where:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • The seal is intact
  • The return is requested within 14 days

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable products, unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including delivery where applicable)

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Ireland & EU Returns

For orders outside the UK:

  • The same 14-day return policy applies
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any original import duties, taxes, or customs charges are non-refundable

8. How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

9. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used consumable products (unless faulty)
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Products not purchased directly from OptiXHealth
